“Regulated” is an exploration of the landscape of hydropower.

70% of all rivers, waterfalls and lakes in Norway are regulated. Massive dams, paved roads and power stations hidden in the mountains make sure that 99% of power produced in Norway is hydropower. 25% of all the hydropower sold in Europe is produced by this drenched country. But even what’s considered to be among the world’s most renewable energy source leaves a mark.
